SUBMIT CLAIM

Submit your claim with all of the required documentation through mail or email.

STEP 4

HEAR FROM OUR TEAM

After all of your documentation is submitted, we’ll email you within 48 hours. Any Missing information will cause delays in response time & claim determination.

OUR VPS WARRANTY

TRANSFER REQUEST FORM

Wanting to transfer your VPS warranty to a new owner? No problem. At Vantage, we make it easy to transfer your warranty through our easy request form.

The new owner must submit the following within 90 days of purchase:

  • The original warranty that’s currently in effect
  • $50 transfer fee by check, payable to ECP
    • Active military are exempt from paying this fee - must have a copy of DD214 Form to waive the fee.
  • A copy of the Vehicle’s title or registration certificate (not the original) showing the transfer applicant as the vehicle.

*The transfer is only available between the original owner and subsequent owner.
